NOSN Mission, Vision and Priorities

Mission

NOSN is a nonprofit action organization established

by state leaders collaborating on emerging state

issues in order to strengthen cancer care

and policy across the country.

Vision

NOSN is an incubator, a promoter of shared ideas

and resources, and collaborator at the state level to

advance the cause of oncology for national uniformity.

NOSN Priorities

Monitor and engage state legislation ensuring consistency across state lines and addressing Prior Authorization, Certificate of Need, Pharmacy Benefits (PBM’s), Step Therapy, Oral Parity, and Copay Accumulators.

Work with employer groups and business coalitions on access to oncology care for their employees.

Ensure reasonable interpretation of USP Pharmacy Standards through monitoring and influencing state activities.
